Community rules
On EndCredits you follow other players and see their shelf, their lists and
their profile: things one person posts and another sees. These rules say what
does not belong here. They are short on purpose, and you accept them when you
create your account.
What you may not post
Not in your alias, not in your profile picture, not in the notes on your
games, and not in the name or description of a list:
- Harassment. Insulting, humiliating or following someone around, or
egging others on to do it.
- Hate. Attacking a person or a group over race, origin, religion,
disability, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.
- Sexual content. Pornography or sexually explicit material. And with
zero tolerance, any sexual content involving minors: that is reported
to the authorities and the account is closed for good.
- Violence and threats. Threatening someone, wishing harm on them, or
encouraging suicide or self-harm.
- Other people's data. Posting someone's real name, address, phone
number or any private detail without their permission.
- Impersonation. Passing yourself off as someone else.
- Spam and scams. Advertising, bait links or chain messages.
- Illegal things. Nothing that is illegal where you are or where the
person reading you is.
What you can do if it happens to you
- Block. From that person's profile. Once blocked you stop seeing each
other: they cannot follow you, see your shelf, react to your games or show
up anywhere. You can undo it any time from your account.
- Report. Every profile and every shared list has a report button. It
asks for a reason and, if you want, an explanation.
Reports are reviewed by a person. Depending on what it is, the content is
taken down or the account is closed for good.
Reporting in bad faith, in bulk, or to punish someone is also against these
rules.
Minors
The service is not aimed at people under 14. If we find an account belonging
to someone below that age, it is closed.
